The Croatian Veterinary Institute consists of the Croatian Veterinary Institute in Zagreb, Savska c. 143 and from five branches:
- Križevci Veterinary Institute, Zakmardijeva 10, Križevci
- Veterinary Institute Rijeka, Podmurvice 29, Rijeka
- Veterinary Institute Split, Poljička cesta 33, Split
- Veterinary Institute Vinkovci, I. i J. Kozarca 24, Vinkovci
- Poultry Center, Heinzelova 55, Zagreb
The Croatian Veterinary Institute in Zagreb consists of departments, and departments consist of laboratories.

For the sake of the quality system in the Croatian Veterinary Institute, there is a quality manager of the Croatian Veterinary Institute and a subsidiary quality manager in each branch.
